Teressa Everton is a well-known global Who Am I- Mind Setting Expert, licensed Mental Health practitioner and international author, with 21 years of experience in the professional teaching industry, in Australia and Taiwan.
After completing a Bachelor of Education specialising in secondary education. Teressa wanted to go beyond the normal teaching forum. Her yearning, to let people know that they aren't broken and that everyone needed to be reminded of who they are, led her to be the Founder & Director of Empowered Therapy and Training Pty Ltd in conjunction with Kool Kids Tutoring Pty Ltd.
Teressa's passion for teaching life skills shines through when she speaks and earned her a nomination for the 2016 Child-Friendly Excellence Awards from Mission Australia.
Her expertise in Personal Development training, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Hypnosis, Timeline, Drumming, Art and Laughter Therapy has enabled her to help families who are struggling with mental health and well-being issues, to become well-rounded wholesome, individuals.
Teressa also has the appropriate training to recognise particular patterns of Behaviours also known as paradigm evolution. Most legends become highly effective because their maps' are more aligned to reality. This is because they are willing to question their own perceptions and 'maps', more frequently. This is where Teressa's passion becomes alive.
Teressa's book series, WHO AM I -(for Adults, Teens, Pre-teens), has catapulted her expertise from an author into a well-respected inspiring keynote international speaker, giving Teressa the opportunity to do what she is so inspired about.
